FAQs
Frequently asked questions.
What makes Banana Gun better than other Telegram bots?
In short: convenience and speed. But let’s break down why Banana Gun is the superior choice:
Sniping is fully automated after you tell the bot what you want to buy and for how much. It handles calculating max transaction, safe block, confirms if its sellable.
You can monitor the prices of your tokens in real time. You can sell / transfer in an instance!
Top tier anti-rug protection saves you from bad actors.
Default honeypot detection saves you from buying a malicious contract.
Default anti-Mev protection saves you from being sandwiched and exploited.
Reorg protection saves you from getting sandwiched in a rare occasion blocks get reorged.
Is it better to use FoF or not?
First Bundle or Fail (FoF) combines the power of Banana Gun users to fire on a token as one. It only lands in Block 0 as the first bundle, ensuring the earliest possible entry. The more wallets in the bundle, the higher the chances of it being the winning bundle in the snipe. We recommend turning FoF on if at least 10 wallets are sniping the token.
Important Notes:
There are occasions when the FoF bundle fails (see here: FoF), so you have to be okay with missing out if you are not first.
Your position in the bundle depends on the Auto Miner Tip you set. A higher tip gives you an earlier position.
FoF and non-FoF bundles are separate. If the FoF bundle wins but you were in the non-FoF bundle, your transaction will not be included in the winning bundle.
